My guest today, Dr. Marcy Cole is a Holistic Psychotherapist who has worked in both in-patient and out-patient settings with adolescents, adults, couples and families. For the past 15 years, she has developed an extensive private practice, working with insight-oriented adults and couples interested in improving the quality of their lives. We’ll be chatting about the kind of advice that Marcy gives her clients on managing negative negative self talk as the first step to being kind to yourself.

Why continue being your own worst critic if there’s another way?
