It’s so easy to get overwhelmed. If our daily tasks and responsibilities are not enough, the ever-changing news cycle will remind us of the latest tragedy, terror, and headline-catching issue.

Sometimes we’re looking too far ahead and begin worry how we are going to get there while other days we’re creating too much stress by saying yes, too often. We find our plates completely full. Whatever the reason, we’ve got to slow down and breathe.
