Living a High Vibration Life with Robyn Openshaw

Don't Sweat The Small Stuff - Live The Big Stuff

Living a High Vibration Life with Robyn Openshaw

In this episode, I’m honored to speak with with “Green Smoothie Girl” Robyn Openshaw.

Robyn Openshaw is the author of 15 books, including bestsellers The Green Smoothies Diet and 12 Steps to Whole Foods. Her latest book, 7 Days to Your High-Vibration Life, will be released by Simon & Schuster in October 2017 along with a documentary film called Secrets of the High Vibration Life. Today, we’re digging into Robyn’s discovery of Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff during a time when divorce was rocking her world. Thankfully, Robyn found strength and encouragement in Richard’s words. But it didn’t stop there.

As she recovered from personal trauma, Robyn also found ways to heal her persistent anxiety.

On her very own Don’t Sweat journey, Robyn discovered the strength to stop pushing so hard. She realized that it doesn’t always take such-massive, energy-draining effort to be your best. Often, she found, if you let go of your habitual tendency to stress over success, success will actually come more easily. It is this beautiful discovery that led Robyn, and many others, to live their most vibrant lives.

As I continue to speak with guests and dig into the relationship they’ve each had to Don’t Sweat wisdom, I continue to feel humbled by the life-changing impact our books have had on readers and many leaders in the personal growth industry. 20 years seems to have flown by, but stories like Robyn’s remind me of how much important change has happened in that time for so many individuals.
