Meaning in Mid-Life With Kristine: Helping Teens Lead With Love

Kristine’s greatest birthday wish for her 60th? To bring the wisdom of Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff to kids in school!

Our teens are suffering now more than ever and they need our help. We’ve seen a major increase in depression and suicide amongst our younger generation in these post-pandemic times.

Kristine reveals her new non-profit, Don’t Sweat Changemaker, and how you can contribute. We all need to have higher resilience for tough times and learn the social-emotional learning tools that will help us to take charge of change and become empowered to be the change we wish to see.

Our Don’t Sweat Changemaker Mission Statement: A non-profit organization bringing life-changing social-emotional learning tools and leadership training to teens and teachers while promoting sustainable social connection, feelings of safety, and true a sense of belonging.

Happiness is contagious—let’s help our youth get back to being happy again–let’s turn this time around for them and teach them how to live what matters most–love and kindness!
