No More Negative Self-Talk

We, especially women, can so easily go down the ugly trail that is negative self-talk.

It’s easy to start criticizing ourselves over our looks, our jobs, our feelings. The ego has a way of taking over and sending us into a downward spiral.

Today on the podcast, I’m sharing some ways I’ve learned to overcome negativity. Despite the temptation to give in to the low moments and let the self-criticism take over, we have to be intentional and mindful of where our thoughts are going and how to redirect them.

Telling yourself, “I’m not good enough,” or “I’m not pretty enough,” does nothing but tear down your soul and spirit. You have to be your own cheerleader. Creating your most vibrant life starts by awakening the joy within you and allowing the dark cloud of negativity to disappear.

Your happiness begins with your choice to make an intentional shift in the way you talk to yourself. And I know it’s not easy, but I also know the good feelings that comes from an uplifting, positive spirit. That’s the life I want for you.. A vibrant, happy, passionate life.
