Nurture Your Spirit in Nature

Self-Care for the Soul Series:

Nurture Your Spirit in Nature

It’s no secret that social media has become an essential part of our day-to-day lives. And while these technological innovations have certainly made our lives easier, more efficient, and interesting, too much is not always a good thing… personally, I know it’s time to go on a digital detox when I wake up in the morning and realize I was dreaming about posting photos or Stories on Instagram! Whenever this happens, I know the woods are calling me — calling my spirit to spend some time in stillness.

There is something SO profoundly healing and restorative about taking in the grand and glorious scenery of the trees and sky; allowing our minds, body, and spirit to breathe in the nurturing power of nature. It is in this space where we can mindfully exhale to release of the exhaustion and tension of our daily lives.

In today’s podcast episode, we’ll talk about the importance of spending time in nature and how our quest to find our most vibrant lives can be highly impacted by finding the time and space to breathe.
