Practice Love Not Fear

As the COVID-19 crisis emerged into our global awareness in March, 2020, spiritual thought-leader Deepak Chopra proclaimed, “The pandemic of fear is more contagious.”

You may wonder, “What did he mean by that? What could possibly be more contagious – or deadly – than the virus itself?”

In these times of crisis, our humanity has been faced with a collective challenge; and that is, to choose love over fear.

When fear is present, love is not present. Fear, love, and hope cannot reside in the same space in our consciousness. It’s simply not possible.

Returning into our innate state of love is at the heart of present-moment living, and as spiritual beings, it’s the best way to live in alignment with the Universe and with our greatest potential.

When we operate from fear-based thinking, we suffer its grave consequences. Much like a cancer, but one that affects our psychology. Decision-making becomes cloudy and panicked, as we experience a lack of clarity and congruity.

Real solutions never arise from fear.

However, when we return to love, we attune ourselves to our intuition, which gently guides us into the choices that are best for us and also for the world around us. And when we move into love, we open ourselves and provide support for those around us in ways we cannot when we are closed and hardened by fear.
