All healthy relationships need to have boundaries.

Clear boundaries give us a safe space from which we can give to and receive from the relationship in a balanced way.

Establishing healthy boundaries opens up the gates of communication and allows us to enjoy one another without resentment thus allowing us to build stronger cleaner connections.

To define healthy boundaries, you need to get tuned into your feelings. If you are feeling resentful chances are your boundaries have become muddled.
