Transformational Travel Fun

I was first introduced to the idea of transformational travel on a wild trip to Guatemala many years ago, and the concept has forever changed me.
Today on the podcast, I’m sharing the powerful ways that natural beauty and adventure drive our souls to new awareness, aliveness, and fun.
The trip to Guatemala took me out of my comfort zone–in a way that was safe for me–and revealed an entirely new joy into my life. Ziplining through the rainforest, jumping off a cliff, crawling through caverns in the blackest of dark… These activities challenged and awakened me, reminding my deepest self that life itself is an adventure. When we soak it in, we find true joy in the fun.
I encourage you, as you are able, to travel. While “fancy hotel” travel is lovely, it’s the raw, adventurous travel that transforms us through new experiences, through adrenaline pumping, through experiencing oneness with your fellow humans through the pure exhilaration of being alive.
Today on the blog, we’ll explore further why transformation travel is powerful–and why fun is critical. I mention two upcoming trips I have on the books. One is a transformational women’s yoga retreat to Italy in May. If you’re interested, I invite you to sign up for a call with me to learn more.
May you experience adventure and fun–at home or through travel–that awakens your heart to vibrancy!
