Gentle yet technically astute, Elle’s teaching encourages students to safely expand their limits in mind, body and spirit. Private and public classes with Elle are available worldwide [including Florence, Rome, South Africa, and Toronto] and over ZOOM.

Important attendee information
COVID-19 health and
safety policy
All attendees must present a negative COVID-19 test result prior to attending. Tests must be conducted 24 hours before the retreat begins. In lieu of a negative test result, attendees may present proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with the second dose having been completed no less than two weeks prior to the beginning of the women’s retreat. We will not be requiring masks once we gather together for the retreat because of these precautions.

Payment and cancellation policy
Payment is due in full at the time of registration plus a $50 credit card processing fee. You can pay via a payment plan (five monthly payments by check or credit card), but all fees must be paid in five months to receive the early bird pricing, and you will pay the full PRICE. All fees must be paid in full one month in advance of the retreat. By entering your credit card number, you authorize Kristine Carlson to charge your credit card for the full amount of the retreat. There are no cancellations. You can transfer your retreat to another time and location if something comes up and you cannot attend.
